WE’RE HIRING | INSIDE SALES & ORDER COORDINATION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Inside Sales & Order Coordination Executive to join our team.

This is an office-based role involving lead calling, customer follow-ups, order processing, invoicing, and coordination of dispatch/delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle 50–100 leads provided by the Lead Manager
- Call leads, understand their requirements, and follow up for orders
- Convert interested leads into confirmed orders
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing
- Prepare and maintain invoices and order-related documents
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of orders
- Track pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM
- Ensure every order is properly completed and closed

Candidate Profile





- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, back-office sales, order processing, or customer coordination
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable making regular customer calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Email
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously
