Job Summary

The Quality Checking Executive will be responsible for checking and maintaining the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. The role also involves laboratory testing, documentation, food safety compliance, and coordination with the production team.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Food Technology is also preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in QC, preferably in the FMCG/Food Industry.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Key Skills

- Knowledge of flour quality parameters: Moisture, Ash,



AIA, Alcoholic Acidity, Gluten, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and FSSAI standards.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
- Positive communication and observation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials for impurities, moisture, ash, acidity, damaged grains and foreign matter.
- Conduct physical and chemical quality testing of samples.
- Monitor quality during grinding and milling processes.
- Conduct in-process and laboratory quality checks.
- Approve/reject raw materials based on quality standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory test records and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
