Technical Sales person – Battery Components

Role Overview We are seeking a highly technical and results-driven Technical Sales person to lead the sales of our lithium-ion battery cells, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and related energy storage components. This field-facing role is strictly focused on B2B technical sales, targeting battery pack manufacturers, EV OEMs, and industrial energy storage companies across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and close high-value component supply contracts with battery manufacturers and OEMs.
- Conduct technical presentations and consult with prospect engineering teams regarding lithium-ion cell specifications, BMS integration, and BESS container capabilities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial technical discovery to contract negotiation, pricing, and long-term account management.
- Gather market intelligence on shifting manufacturer requirements, EV trends, and competitor pricing to inform inventory and sourcing strategies.




- Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions to build a pipeline of manufacturing clients.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in technical B2B sales, specifically selling hardware, electronics, or components to manufacturers (experience in the EV or energy storage sector is highly preferred).
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field that enables deep understanding of battery chemistry and electrical systems.
- Existing network and relationships with Indian battery pack manufacturers or electronic component buyers.
- Solid negotiation skills and experience handling large-volume, long-cycle industrial contracts.
