About the Role

TCP International is hiring freshers and young professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Interns / Executives. You will work closely with a US-based client and gain practical exposure to international business operations, client communication, coordination, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client communication, emails, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and appointments
- Maintain reports, documents, and business records
- Work with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
- Assist with CRM, Salesforce, and task management tools
- Conduct online research and organize information
- Support basic website, email, documentation, and business activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle client information professionally

Requirements

- Positive English communication skills – verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace




- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers and online tools
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Positive and professional attitude
- Freshers are welcome
