We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create visually engaging graphics, videos, social media content, promotional materials, and educational creatives for SkillWing Academy.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, composition, branding, motion, and visual storytelling and be able to transform ideas into high-quality digital content.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, website, advertisements, courses, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Design educational creatives, course thumbnails, posters, banners, infographics, certificates, and other digital assets.
- Maintain consistency with SkillWing Academy's brand identity across all designs.
- Work with typography, layouts, colors, illustrations, icons, and imagery effectively.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- Develop creative concepts based on briefs and marketing requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, course videos, and motion graphics.
- Add transitions, text animations, captions, sound effects, music, and other visual elements where appropriate.
- Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video cleanup.
- Create visually engaging intros, outros, title animations, and promotional sequences.
- Maintain appropriate pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency throughout videos.
- Adapt videos for different platforms and aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, audio, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- CapCut or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into finished designs/videos.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new design trends, tools, and AI-based creative workflows.
