Field Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire delivery boys/riders in allocated locations as per business requirements.
- Achieve daily hiring targets of 2 to 5 riders and a monthly target of 45 /month
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies to new riders.
- Follow up with riders daily to ensure attendance at allocated stores.
- Create awareness about the job role, salary structure, incentives, and benefits.
- Source local candidates through field activities, references, and local networks.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Area Managers to fill store manpower gaps.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

Eligibility Criteria:Education:



Degree or Diploma (Preferred)Experience: 1–3 years in:Recruitment / Field HiringLogistics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Delivery Boy Hiring / Rider Hiring, Field OperationsRequired Skills:Good communication and convincing skillsAbility to work in the field and travel locallyTarget-oriented and self-motivatedBasic knowledge of Hiring Delivery BoysTeam coordination skills

Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and previous salary.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
