About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to join Auctor Media and help us build and support our growing team.

This role will primarily focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, along with day-to-day HR coordination and employee-related activities.

What You'll Do

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate joining formalities and basic onboarding activities.
- Support day-to-day HR and employee-related tasks.
- Help with employer branding and improving our hiring presence.
- Stay updated with hiring trends, social media, and the digital creator ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and building professional relationships.
- Organised, proactive, and willing to take ownership.




- Comfortable working in a startup and fast-moving environment.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms.

Auctor Media is a media and digital-first company, so our team is closely connected with our digital presence. From time to time, you may also be involved in team, hiring, workplace, or employer-branding content.

You don't need to be a content creator or video professional. We simply value people who are comfortable with digital platforms and willing to participate when required.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
