Customer Relations Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Success to manage dealer accounts, resolve customer issues, and drive customer satisfaction.

Experience in automotive/digital industry is a plus

Hands-on with Salesforce CRM & Advanced Excel
Strong communication, problem-solving & account management skills
Full-Time - Hybrid - Noida- Night shift - US Time Zone

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
