- Experience in Cell-to-pack design and integration - Design/Integration/Cooling/system performance/BMS
- Experience in Battery Management Systems and configurations
- Experience in cooling systems/HVAC, battery system design-for-safety
- Experience in handling product issues, projects, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance
- Very good design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers
- Very positive stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with suppliers
