WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL FOREMAN

Position: Civil Foreman
Experience: 10–12 Years
Industry: Construction / Commercial Projects
Location: Mohali Sites

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise civil construction for premium commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction & finishing activities at site.
- Manage skilled and unskilled labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise RCC, brickwork, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, flooring, and masonry works.
- Coordinate and supervise false ceiling, partition, gypsum, flooring, wall finishes, painting & other finishing works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, architects, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily work progress.
- Ensure proper workmanship, site discipline, safety, and timely completion.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.

Requirements

- 10–12 years of relevant experience in commercial building and interior projects.
- Robust practical knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good manpower handling and site coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and execution methods.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work as per project timelines.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
