Job Description – Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager who can independently manage the complete HR function across our outlets, central kitchen and Head Office. The role will involve managing the employee lifecycle, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of F&B;/QSR manpower management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet, central kitchen, HO and managerial positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for timely hiring.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for frontline and critical positions.
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals and recruitment channels.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage joining, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
- Ensure proper employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct induction and HR orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee master data and HR trackers.

3. Attendance & Payroll

- Monitor attendance, leaves, late marks, absenteeism and overtime.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Accounts.
- Ensure accurate attendance and salary-related data.
- Handle leave, salary,



overtime and attendance-related employee queries.
- Monitor attendance through HRMS/attendance systems.

4. Employee Relations

- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with managers and department heads for employee-related issues.
- Conduct counselling and disciplinary discussions wherever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee issues and actions taken.
- Improve employee communication and engagement across locations.

5. HR Policies & Processes

- Implement and communicate HR policies across outlets, CK and HO.
- Ensure employees understand company rules, leave policies, attendance policies and code of conduct.
- Review and improve HR processes as the business expands.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and management updates.

6. Performance Management

- Coordinate probation confirmations and performance reviews.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance.
- Manage appraisal and increment processes.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement plans.

7. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT and other applicable statutory processes.
- Maintain employee files, appointment letters, agreements and HR records.
- Coordinate with external consultants wherever required.

8. Employee Engagement





- Plan and execute employee engagement activities across outlets and CK.
- Support employee recognition and incentive initiatives.
- Promote a positive and professional work culture.
- Conduct regular employee feedback and engagement activities.

9. HR MIS & Reporting

- Prepare monthly HR reports covering:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Recruitment status
- Attendance
- Leave
- Overtime
- Manpower requirements
- Employee movements
- Present HR updates and key concerns to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
- Experience in F&B;/QSR, retail or hospitality preferred
- Good understanding of payroll, attendance and leave management
- Strong employee relations and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with HRMS/attendance/payroll systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and frontline employees
- Good leadership and team-management skills
- Strong follow-up and execution ability

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Bachelors or equivalent qualification in HR or related field.

Ideal Candidate

- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B;/QSR/hospitality
- Comfortable managing a large frontline workforce
- Hands-on, organised and proactive
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Strong coordination skills with Operations, Accounts and Management

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
