Job Description – Advisor / Consultant

Location: Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CFA
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Advisor / Consultant to join our Advisory team. The role will involve providing financial and strategic advisory support across valuation, transaction advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and related corporate finance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and support business and financial valuation assignments using appropriate valuation methodologies.
- Conduct financial analysis, industry research, benchmarking, and market assessment.
- Assist in transaction advisory assignments, including financial analysis and transaction structuring.
- Support M&A; advisory engagements, including target evaluation, due diligence coordination, deal analysis, and transaction documentation.
- Prepare detailed financial models, valuation reports, pitch presentations, information memorandums, and client deliverables.
- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support strategic recommendations.




- Assist senior professionals in developing transaction strategies and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of assignments.
- Review financial statements and assess key business and financial performance indicators.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and confidentiality of all client-related deliverables.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Financial Modelling, Valuation, Corporate Finance, and M&A;.
- Good understanding of valuation methodologies such as DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, etc.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional reports and client presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
