Position Title: HR & Legal Executive / Manager

We are seeking a highly capable HR skilled with an LLB background to manage our core office HR operations while safeguarding the company against legal and compliance risks. In this dual-faceted role, you will handle the entire employee lifecycle while taking complete ownership of labor law compliance, employment contracts, policy drafting, and legal dispute mitigation.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university is mandatory. An additional degree like an MBA in HR or a Postgraduate Diploma in Labor Laws is highly preferred.
- Experience: 5years of working experience in a blended HR-legal role or working as an HR generalist with strong corporate compliance handling.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
