· Prepare accurate and detailed quotations in Vtiger CRM based on customer requirements, site measurements, project specifications and BOQ documents.

· Ensure proper costing including material cost, installation charges, transportation, taxes and project margins.

· Convert approved quotations into Sales Orders within Vtiger CRM.

· Ensure all sales order details are correctly entered, technically aligned with project scope .

· Coordinate with installation, logistics, procurement and sales teams for smooth project execution.

· Maintain solid knowledge of wood flooring products, decking materials (Hardwood & WPC), cladding systems and interior finishing materials.

· Read and interpret civil drawings, interior layout drawings and BOQ documents accurately.





· Perform quantity estimation and measurement calculations in square feet (sq.ft) and square meters (sq.m).

· Maintain CRM data accuracy and proper version control of quotations.

· Qualification: B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Mandatory) and

Minimum 1 years of experience in building materials, interior projects, flooring industry, CRM-based quotation preparation, sales order processing
