Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our range of surgical equipment, body implants, and eye lenses. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, surgeons, ophthalmologists, and distributors and generating business.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors regularly.
- Promote and explain company products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate recent leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospital purchase teams.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Provide product support during surgeries/procedures when required.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products.
- Monitor competitor products and market activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA, or Life Sciences preferred.




- 1–3 years of experience in medical devices, surgical equipment, implants, ophthalmic products, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have existing relationships with hospitals, surgeons, ophthalmologists, distributors, and healthcare professionals will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
