Job Title: School Psychologist

Department: Student Wellbeing / Counselling

Location: IYRA International School, Medahalli, Bengaluru

Reports To: Chief School Officer / School Management

Key Responsibilities

Conduct age-appropriate psychological observations and assessments of students.

Identify and support students experiencing emotional, behavioural, social, or learning-related concerns.

Provide individual and small-group counselling/support sessions as required.

Support students in developing emotional regulation, confidence, social skills, and positive coping strategies.

Work with teachers to understand and address student behaviour and learning concerns.

Observe students in classroom and other school settings when required.

Maintain confidential records of observations, interventions, and student progress.

Communicate with parents regarding student wellbeing and developmental concerns in a qualified and sensitive manner.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
