We are looking for an experienced and responsible Melting Supervisor to join our team in Rajkot.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising melting operations, managing manpower and ensuring smooth production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily melting and production activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor raw materials and production requirements.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain proper safety, discipline and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of melting and manufacturing processes.
- Solid team-handling and supervisory skills..
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage manpower and production targets.
- Knowledge of quality and workplace safety procedures.
