Role Overview
We're looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
- Own budget allocation, bid strategies, and campaign optimization to meet ROAS/CPA targets
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution via Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Prepare and present performance reports to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry trends
- Collaborate with creative,



content, and SEO teams for integrated campaigns
- Manage multiple client accounts/budgets simultaneously

Required Skills & Tools

- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
- Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for reporting
- SEMrush / Ahrefs (for competitive & keyword insights)
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with programmatic/DSP platforms is a plus

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience managing performance campaigns with measurable budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Google Ads/Analytics certifications preferred
