Commission is paid in USD (US Dollars) according to the Company's Commission Agreement.

About the Role

OneClearRCM is looking for motivated and self-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to develop new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential US healthcare clients.
- Connect with doctors, practice owners, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and approved calling channels.
- Introduce OneClearRCM's RCM services.
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings.
- Maintain lead and prospect information.
- Support the sales process through client conversion.

Requirements





- Good English communication skills
- Sales, BDE, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience preferred
- Comfortable communicating with US prospects
- Good LinkedIn and email outreach skills
- Reliable internet and computer
- Ability to work independently
- Healthcare/RCM experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Work Arrangement

100% Remote / Work From Home

Working hours will be aligned with US business hours as assigned by management.
