About the Role

We are looking for a QA Intern who is curious about how software works and enjoys finding things that others miss.

You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to test our SaaS product, identify bugs, verify fixes, and help ensure new features work reliably before they reach customers.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to the complete software testing lifecycle in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

- Test new features and product updates before release
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Create detailed test cases and testing scenarios
- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear steps and supporting screenshots/videos
- Verify bugs after they are fixed
- Test different user flows, edge cases, and failure scenarios
- Test APIs and integrations when required
- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand requirements and resolve issues
- Maintain testing documentation and track bugs throughout the release cycle
- Help improve our QA processes and testing practices

What We're Looking For

- Good understanding of software testing fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think from a user's perspective and identify edge cases




- Good logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to clearly communicate bugs and issues
- Basic understanding of web applications and APIs
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Chrome DevTools, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
