Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage the smooth flow of store, online, and customization orders from order placement through production to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate store order fulfilment and replenishment requirements.

Handle customization orders and coordinate requirements with the production team.

Track orders from production → finishing → quality check → ready to dispatch → dispatch.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, stores, buying, and online teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Follow up on pending production, alterations, stock requirements, and dispatches.

Maintain daily order and production status trackers.

Identify delays or issues and ensure timely resolution.





Prepare basic MIS and order-status reports.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in fashion/apparel merchandising or production coordination preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

Good understanding of garment production and order fulfilment processes will be an advantage.

Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
