Hotel Steward

We are looking for Hotel Steward who keeps hotel dining and kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and fully stocked to support smooth food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

- Sanitation and Cleaning: Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots. Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and waste disposal areas.
- Setup and Maintenance: Set up and clear dining tables. Stock service stations with napkins, trays, and condiments.
- Staff Support: Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and help waitstaff serve food or clear plates.
- Inventory Control: Manage and track china, glass, and silver inventory to prevent loss or breakage.

Requirements and Skills

- Education: High school diploma or basic secondary education. A hospitality certification or diploma is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy items.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Teamwork: Solid communication and collaboration skills to work with chefs and servers

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
