Job Summary

Modern Eye Care Nursing Home, Buddha Park, Kalyani is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and responsible Receptionist to join our team.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who have good verbal communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward learning. The candidate will be responsible for handling reception activities, assisting patients and visitors, managing calls, and supporting routine administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and messages.
- Provide basic information and guide patients/visitors appropriately.
- Manage appointments and maintain basic records.
- Perform computer-based data entry and documentation.
- Handle MS Word, Excel, email, and other routine office applications.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other team members when required.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support day-to-day administrative and front-desk activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
