The organization has branches across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. As part of our ongoing expansion across Kerala, We are looking for candidates for the following positions:

- Sales Officer
- Senior Sales Officer
- Sales Manager
- Senior Sales Manager
- Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Depending on the position, the responsibilities may include:

- Finding new potential prospects/customers and developing current business.
- Explaining Southern MCS Financial Products and services to customers.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Following up with potential customers and converting leads into business.
- Achieving monthly Sales and Business Requirements.
- Supporting Branch Business development activities.

For Manager-level positions:

- Building and managing a sales team and achieving team Sales and Business Requirements.
- Guiding and Supporting team members to improve their performance.
- Maintaining regular follow-up and reporting to senior management.
