Job Title: Engine Valve Visual Inspection – Quality Inspector

Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred

We are looking for Quality Inspectors / Visual Inspection Operators for engine valve inspection.

Responsibilities:

- Inspect engine valves individually using a magnifying lens.
- Identify surface defects, cracks, scratches, dents, and other abnormalities.
- Inspect components according to defined quality standards.
- Segregate OK and NG (Not Good) components.
- Report doubtful or defective parts to the Supervisor for confirmation.
- Maintain proper identification and handling of NG components.
- Record inspection results and update reports on an hourly basis.
- Achieve daily inspection targets without compromising quality.
- Maintain concentration and attention to detail throughout the inspection process.
- Follow all quality, safety, and workplace discipline requirements.




- Handle engine valves carefully to prevent damage.
- Immediately report recurring or critical defects to the Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate inspection records as the components are supplied directly to customers.
- Follow company procedures to achieve zero-defect quality and timely completion of daily targets.
