Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Analyst to support and manage SAP implementation, configuration, user support, and process improvement across factory operations. The candidate will work closely with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Quality, and other departments to ensure effective SAP utilization and smooth implementation of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP implementation, configuration, testing, and process mapping as per factory requirements.
- Understand existing business processes and convert them into suitable SAP workflows.
- Coordinate with different departments for SAP implementation and user requirements.
- Support SAP modules related to Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Finance.
- Prepare and maintain BOM, material masters, routings, work centres, inventory data, and other master data.
- Ensure accurate and timely SAP data entry and transaction processing.
- Provide day-to-day SAP support and resolve user issues.
- Conduct UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
- Prepare SOPs, process documents, user manuals, and training materials.
- Train factory employees on SAP processes and ensure proper system usage.
- Monitor system transactions and identify errors, process gaps, and data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with SAP consultants/vendors for customization, technical issues, and implementation requirements.
- Assist in SAP reports, MIS, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Support integration between SAP and other systems/software used by the company.
- Ensure proper authorization, data security,
and access controls in coordination with IT.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement through SAP.
- Support management during SAP implementation, audits, system upgrades, and new module rollouts.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP/SAP Business One/SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Positive knowledge of BOM, inventory, production, purchase, and material management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and user-training skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with external SAP consultants.
Qualification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
Experience: 3–6 years in SAP implementation/support, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
