*Experience:* 2-3 Years

*Qualification:* MBA / MSW in HR or Graduate with relevant experience

*Preference:* Looking for a stable and long-term role in Nashik

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handling end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process

- Maintaining attendance, leave records & employee database (HRMS)

- Assisting in payroll processing & compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)

- Handling employee engagement & grievance handling

- Preparing HR letters - Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.

- Assisting HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations & Admin work

*Required Skills:*

- Positive knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS software

- 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
