Job Summary

As an E-commerce Data Entry Executive, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate product information across multiple online marketplaces. This role focuses on price updates, listing modifications, inventory accuracy, and ensuring marketplace data is aligned with instructions provided by the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Price & Listing Updates:

- Accurately update product prices, discounts, offers, and promotions across e-commerce platforms as instructed by the Team Leader.
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and specifications.

Data Entry & Maintenance:

- Enter and maintain product data such as SKUs, inventory levels, attributes, and category details in spreadsheets or marketplace dashboards.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with marketplace policies.

Inventory & Order Support:

- Assist in updating stock availability and monitoring inventory changes.
- Support order-related data updates such as cancellations, replacements, or returns when required.

Process Compliance:

- Follow instructions, workflows, and deadlines set by the Team Leader.




- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of business data at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.

Attention to Detail:

- High level of accuracy in price updates and listing changes.

Organizational Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and frequent updates efficiently.

Communication Skills:

- Transparent written and verbal communication to coordinate with team members and report issues.

Time Management:

- Ability to handle repetitive tasks, meet daily targets, and follow deadlines.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced candidates: Salary based on previous package and skill level

- 21 to 28 years
