Job Title: Job Controller
Industry: Automobile / Automotive Dealership

Job Purpose:
To coordinate and monitor the complete vehicle repair process, ensuring timely job completion, proper communication between customers, technicians, and service advisors, and adherence to dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control all open repair orders/job cards.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for timely job completion.
- Track vehicle repair status and ensure jobs are completed within promised timelines.
- Follow up on pending parts, additional repairs, approvals, and technical issues.
- Ensure proper job card documentation and updates in the DMS.
- Monitor technician productivity and job progress.
- Coordinate vehicle movement between reception, workshop, washing and delivery areas.




- Identify delays and escalate critical cases to the Service Manager.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on job status, pending jobs and workshop performance.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards and 5S.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of automobile workshop operations.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of DMS/workshop software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs.
- Experience: 2–5 years in an automobile dealership/workshop preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
