Main responsibility

The Project Manager takes full ownership of a client project after Sales completes the onboarding and becomes the main person responsible for moving the project from client requirement → content → shoot → editing → approval → publishing.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Client Management
- Be the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand client requirements
- Conduct content discussions
- Maintain professional communication
- Handle client expectations and approvals
- Content Management
- Coordinate content discussions
- Coordinate script preparation
- Get scripts approved by clients
- Make sure content is ready before production
- Shoot Coordination
- Coordinate with the client and internal team
- Confirm shoot dates
- Plan shoot logistics
- Monitor the shoot and ensure smooth execution
- Post-Production
- Coordinate with editors
- Track editing progress
- Follow up on pending edits
- Make sure deliverables move according to schedule
- Publishing
- Plan posting dates
- Confirm publishing schedules
- Ensure content is published as agreed




- Project Ownership
- Track every project from start to completion
- Make sure deadlines are met
- Maintain quality standards
- Identify problems early
- Solve project-related issues
- Escalate important issues to management when required
- Team Coordination
- Coordinate between clients, content team, designers, editors, shooters and other internal teams
- Keep everyone aligned on deadlines
- Follow up on pending work
- Reporting
- Prepare a weekly project status report
- Include completed work, pending work and upcoming plans
- Conduct the weekly team meeting and align everyone on next steps
