Job Title: Assistant Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Change & Release Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Change & Release Specialist to support Change and Release Management for a large-scale ERP/HR technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors SaaS releases for new functionality and changes.

Present release analysis to Leadership and Key Stakeholders.

Collaborate with Core HR Testing and Quality Assurance SMEs to plan testing and regression testing.

Collaborate on Projects and BAU sprint roadmaps to identify and plan future change delivery.

Identify dependencies and conflicts across change initiatives.

Facilitate Product Change Boards as required.

Manage and report the Core HR change pipeline and delivery progress to Leadership.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on trends, ticket volumes and SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5+ years of demonstrable experience in Change & Release Management for large-scale IT products.





Experience supporting high-volume change management on an ERP-type product at significant scale.

Solid Agile Change Management experience.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience preparing presentation content and presenting to Leadership/virtual audiences.

Experience facilitating IT Change Boards.

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Azure DevOps.

Ability to produce reports and metrics using indicators such as ticket volume and SLAs.

Strong collaboration skills across Product Owners, stakeholders and technical teams.

Good to Have:

SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.

HR business processes and associated integrations.

Monday.com.

Experience working with third-party vendors, system integrators and managed service providers.

Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance and audit requirements in enterprise IT environments.

Degree/equivalent experience in Computer Science / Information Systems.

Experience using AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
