- Manage production: Oversee daily production activities, ensure production targets are met, and coordinate the workflow.
- Supervise staff: Direct and coordinate production workers, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching or training.
- Ensure quality and safety: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and enforce company and government regulations.
- Problem-solve: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, to minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment: Ensure equipment is functioning correctly by scheduling repairs and maintenance.
- Manage resources: Oversee inventory levels, ensure materials are flowing, and contribute to cost-reduction strategies.
- Communicate and report: Liaise with other departments,



communicate expectations to staff, and report on production performance to management.

Education:

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in Pigments, Dyes, Specialty Chemicals, or Chemical Manufacturing preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
