Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for an International BPO Process in Jaipur.

We are looking for candidates with fluent English communication skills who are comfortable interacting with international customers and working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries for an international process.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain process quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Candidate Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, most probably night shifts




- Willing to work from office in Jaipur
- Comfortable with rotational weekly offs
