Job Summary

Responsible for the configuration, development, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of Tango Analytics (LIMA module) and Planon solutions. The role involves managing business requirements, troubleshooting application issues, supporting integrations, performing system configurations, developing custom solutions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for workplace, facilities, and real estate management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve application incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot functional, data, and integration issues.
Support users with space, facilities, asset, and workplace management processes.
Manage user access, roles, and security configurations.
Perform data validation, corrections, and system health checks.
Support interfaces with systems such as SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.




Participate in change, release, and deployment activities.
Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely customer communication.
Maintain application documentation and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Experience with Tango Analytics (LIMA) and/or Planon IWMS platforms.
Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate, Lease Administration, Facilities Management, and Space Management processes.
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and data migration.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, ITIL processes, and ticket management tools.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
