About the Role

Bestination Holidays is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Holidays Expert – International Tours to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international destinations and proven experience in selling international holiday packages. The role involves understanding customer travel requirements, recommending suitable destinations and itineraries, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, and providing excellent service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries for international holiday packages through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and other lead sources.
- Understand customers' travel preferences, budget, duration, and expectations and recommend suitable international holiday options.
- Promote and sell GIT international tour packages.
- Prepare attractive itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up consistently with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, travel documentation, visa requirements, and other tour-related services.
- Coordinate with the operations, visa, ticketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM.




- Stay updated on international destinations, new products, seasonal offers, airline connectivity, and travel trends.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in International Holiday Sales / International Tour Packages.
- Positive destination knowledge, particularly for popular international leisure destinations.
- Experience in handling GIT international tours.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-conversion skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right holiday product.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong passion for travel and tourism.
- Experience working with a reputed travel agency or tour operator will be preferred.
