Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Teach senior classes using interactive, student-centered, and concept-driven methods.
- Lesson Planning: Create comprehensive daily, weekly, and annual lesson plans alongside worksheets and assessments.
- Student Evaluation: Monitor academic progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback or remedial support.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive workplace that encourages critical thinking.
- Parent Collaboration: Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student growth and academic performance.
- Education:Master’s degree in a relevant social science discipline (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or Sociology) paired with a mandatory Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 4 years of teaching experience within a recognized secondary or senior secondary school (CBSE experience preferred).
