KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the guest journey end-to-end — from booking confirmation through check-out and post-stay follow-up.
- Connect with guests pre-arrival to understand preferences, travel plans, and special requests, and share these

accurately with property teams.

- Coordinate across Head Office, reservations, sales, and property operations to keep every guest requirement on track.
- Proactively monitor the guest journey, resolve issues early, and follow up to ensure commitments are delivered on

time.

- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain guest records and trackers, and share feedback insights with concerned teams to keep raising the bar.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Excellent verbal and written communication — warm, soft-spoken, and courteous.




- Robust guest-handling, relationship-management, and listening skills.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with sharp problem-solving instincts.
- Disciplined coordination and follow-up across multiple teams.
- Ability to multitask across several guest journeys at once.
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

WORK REQUIREMENTS & PREFERRED BACKGROUND

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business needs.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel, or premium customer service preferred.

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
