Location: Guduvancheri, Chennai

About the Role
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. Site assigned near your location where possible; relocation may be needed for some projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site work and monitor progress
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and vendors
- Ensure work matches approved drawings and quality standards
- Maintain site records and daily progress reports
- Ensure site safety practices are followed
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 0–3 years' experience (freshers welcome)
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution
- Positive communication skills; willing to work on-site
- MS Office knowledge is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
