Business Development Executive/Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager for Real Estate Firm

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents
- Sale Residential & Commercial Projects to the end users
- Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
- Good Communication Skills

Own conveyance is a must.

Salary Offered: As per the company norms & market standards and Negotiable As per the caliber of Candidate & Current CTC.

Starting Salary-15000/ to 45000/- Per Month
