Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Quality Executive to support product inspection and quality control activities across production.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of glass and home décor products.
- Identify defects related to glass, finishing, colour, size, and workmanship.
- Ensure products meet approved samples and quality standards.
- Maintain QC checklists, inspection reports, and defect records.
- Coordinate with Production and Senior QC for quality issues.
- Support corrective actions and reduce rejection/rework.
- Ensure quality compliance before packing and dispatch.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Quality/QC.
- Freshers with relevant Glass / Production / Quality knowledge can apply.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection and defect identification.
- Positive observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Glass manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹11,360.72 - ₹26,132.93 per month
