GoKite Tours & Travels is a travel company providing end-to-end travel solutions, including international and domestic holidays, flight bookings, visa assistance, hotels, and activities. The company focuses on creating customised and hassle-free travel experiences for individuals, families, groups, and corporate travellers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.




- Ensure a smooth and skilled candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities efficiently.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
