Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, with an opportunity to work on hiring across both Blue Collar and White Collar roles and gain practical experience in high-volume as well as specialized recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements, role specifications and candidate profiles in coordination with the hiring team.
- Source relevant candidates through multiple recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna Jobs, Internshala and other sourcing channels.
- Proactively identify and build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for open positions. Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interactions to assess suitability against role requirements.




- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain regular updates on candidate status and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for offer discussions, documentation and offer closures.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Gain exposure to recruitment processes across diverse functions and levels, covering both Blue Collar and White Collar hiring.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
