Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to handle field visits, data collection, site verification, documentation, and reporting across Chennai and nearby locations. The role involves regular travel to project sites and other designated locations using a two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites, properties, vendors, and designated locations for field activities.
- Collect field data, measurements, photographs, documents, and other required information.
- Coordinate with site staff, supervisors, vendors, and other concerned personnel.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information collected from the field.
- Maintain daily records of site visits and field activities.
- Take transparent photographs and maintain location-wise documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow up on pending information and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify and report discrepancies, site issues,



and important observations.
- Travel to multiple locations across Chennai and nearby areas as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of project-related information.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and smartphones.
- Ability to collect and record information accurately.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively on a two-wheeler.
- Punctual, responsible, and disciplined approach to work.

Candidate Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler is preferred.
- Comfortable travelling to different locations on a daily basis.
- Comfortable with outdoor and field-based work.
- Previous experience in construction, real estate, surveying, field verification, data collection, or similar field work will be an advantage.

Reporting

The selected candidate will report to the Project Manager / Operations Manager / Management.
