Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of patients, attendants, employees, visitors, hospital premises, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain security and safety of the hospital premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of patients, visitors, staff, vendors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitors and provide appropriate assistance at entry points.
- Conduct regular rounds of the assigned area and report any suspicious activity.
- Maintain discipline and manage crowds, especially during busy hours.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security-related issues.
- Maintain security registers, visitor records, and incident reports.
- Monitor CCTV cameras where assigned.
- Coordinate with hospital administration and other departments during emergencies.
- Ensure proper parking and smooth movement of vehicles within hospital premises.
- Follow all hospital security policies, procedures, and instructions.




- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant security experience is required.
- Candidate must have a proper experience certificate from the previous organization.
- Candidates with experience in hospital, healthcare, corporate, industrial, or institutional security will be preferred.
- Maximum age: 52 years.
- Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, as per hospital requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a proven track record of maintaining discipline, safety, and security in their previous organization.

Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age: Up to 52 years
Experience Certificate: Mandatory

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
