We are looking for energetic, target-oriented Sales & Marketing professionals to join our growing real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through self-lead generation, networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Handle enquiries and ensure timely and consistent follow-up with prospective customers.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits and convert leads into sales.
- Recruit, develop, and coordinate with Channel Partners / Referral Partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support marketing activities, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, channel partners,
and other business associates.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, and daily activity reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain professional standards, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive work culture.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
