Responsibilities

- Develop interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into meaningful reports and visualizations.
- Create data models using Power BI.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query.
- Write basic to intermediate DAX formulas and measures.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Connect Power BI with different data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and ERP systems.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Troubleshoot report, data, and refresh-related issues.
- Support deployment and maintenance of Power BI reports.
- Work with senior team members to improve existing dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Prepare basic documentation related to reports and data sources.

Candidate Profile:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
- Key Skills Required:



Power BI | DAX | Power Query | SQL | Data Modeling | Data Visualization | Excel | Business Intelligence | Basic understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data and reporting requirements.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new Microsoft technologies and business applications.
- Candidates with experience in an ERP/IT services environment will be preferred.

Good to have:

- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central / ERP data.
- Basic knowledge of Azure or other Microsoft data services.
- Knowledge of Power BI Service, workspaces, and scheduled data refresh.
- Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Experience with APIs or other external data sources.
