Department: Sales & Marketing
Designation: Sales & Marketing Assistant
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Management
Location: Abhi Fine Products

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team, coordinate with customers and internal departments, maintain sales records, follow up on inquiries and quotations, and assist in marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer, lead, quotation, and sales records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order status and delivery.
- Assist in lead generation and customer relationship activities.
- Support digital marketing, email marketing,



and social media activities.
- Assist in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Update ERP/CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.

Qualification & Skills:

- Any Degree/Diploma.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM.
- Sales/marketing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,425.72 - ₹18,433.98 per month
