FSATO Inspection Services is a food safety auditing agency helping FBOs (Food Business Operators) stay compliant through FSSAI Third Party Audits, Hygiene Rating Audits, and related certifications. We're looking for a proactive and energetic Telecaller to join our growing company.

Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to food business owners and organizations to generate leads and convert them into audit bookings for our services, including FSSAI Third Party Audits, Hygiene Rating Audits, and other food safety compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients (restaurants, hotels, , etc.) to promote FSATO's auditing services.
- Explain the advantages and requirements of FSSAI Third Party Audits, Hygiene Rating Audits, and related certifications
- Generate qualified leads and schedule audits/appointments for the field team
- Maintain and update the customer database/CRM with call records and follow-ups
- Follow up with prospective clients to close bookings and achieve monthly targets
- Address client queries regarding audit process, documentation, and timelines




- Coordinate with the operations/audit team to ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain a professional and persuasive approach on every call

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or tele-sales preferred (food safety/compliance industry experience is a plus)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/regional language — specify]
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
