- Minimum Experience Required - 5-8yrs
- Fit, assemble, dismantle, repair, and maintain dies, moulds, punches, and tooling.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and die specifications.
- Perform filing, grinding, drilling, tapping, polishing, and precision fitting.
- Ensure proper alignment, clearance, dimensions, and smooth movement of die components.
- Identify and troubleshoot die-related problems and carry out corrections.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain die/tool records.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Quality departments.
- Minimize production downtime caused by die-related issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
