Tripokit is an international travel company with operations across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, India and the United States.

With a growing international presence and teams working across multiple markets, we are expanding our Mohali office and looking for capable professionals and high-potential graduates who want to build a long-term career in international travel.

This is a full-time, office-based position.

The Opportunity

As part of our international operations team, you may be involved in:

- Managing international flight reservations and customer enquiries
- Building and reviewing itineraries across multiple international markets
- Creating and managing bookings through GDS platforms, including Amadeus
- Coordinating ticket issuance and monitoring booking time limits
- Processing schedule changes, special service requests and other booking updates
- Assisting customers with changes, cancellations and travel-related requirements
- Liaising with airlines and travel partners when required
- Preparing professional customer communication, itineraries and booking confirmations

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with previous experience in international air ticketing, reservations or GDS systems are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience with Amadeus is preferred.

Previous exposure to customers or travel markets in Australia, New Zealand, Canada,



USA or the UK will be considered an advantage.

Experience in areas such as ticketing, reissues, refunds, schedule changes or airline servicing will also be highly regarded.

Graduate Opportunities

We are also open to graduates who may not have previous travel industry experience but demonstrate strong communication skills, aptitude and the ability to learn.

Graduates from Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, Business, Commerce and other disciplines may apply.

Selected entry-level candidates will receive structured training in international air travel, reservations systems and Tripokit operating procedures.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a brief assessment as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
